Rich Mary Eldredge wants to make a large donation to a school, but before she can do so, she disappears without a trace. Sixteen-year-old high school girl Nancy Drew doesn't trust it and goes to investigate with her boyfriend Ted. They try to track down the missing woman, but it turns out not to be easy.
