“Blood Brother” is set on the streets of a city in decline, where a recently released convict begins murderous revenge on his childhood friends. After all, he believes that they made him pay for a crime that they themselves collectively committed. As the bodies pile up, one of the friends, now a cop, will do whatever it takes to end the killing spree and correct the many mistakes of their tragically violent past.
