De Beveiligers plot

In cities there are security cameras on the streets and in public transport, politicians are monitored day and night and there is a real chance of an attack in the Netherlands. Security seems obvious and above all necessary. Are security guards able to protect us or do they mainly provide a false sense of security? For this documentary, director Anneloek Sollart filmed five people who have to keep us safe, including a personal security officer from Geert Wilders and the security manager of the nuclear power plant in Borssele. The documentary shows how fear and safety play a game with each other in the Netherlands.
