Mushuku Mono plot
Ipponmatsu and Yaichirô Kuroki are two travelers who have robbed a gambling den. They manage to get rid of their pursuers and are given a horse to borrow from a farmer's daughter so that they can continue their journey. When they arrive in a neighboring village, they find a gang exiled farmers with gambling debts to a neighboring island. Due to lack of money and hunger, Ipponmatsu joins the gang, but soon regrets his decision.
