The Man Who Sued God plot
Steve Myers is a lawyer turned fisherman out of frustration. When his only possession, his boat, is struck by lightning he gets nothing back from the insurance, they see it as 'an act of God'. He picks up his old profession again and decides to sue both the insurance company and the church.
