Cánh Dong Bat Tan plot
When the prostitute Suong is beaten up by an enraged group of women, she gets help from the young Dien, the son of a duck breeder. He lives a nomadic life on a houseboat with his father Vo and older sister Nuong since their house was set on fire by Vo after the one-time infidelity and subsequent departure of his wife. The severely beaten Suong flees to the houseboat, where she is received with care by Nuong. Father Vo is anything but happy with her arrival...
