Summer 1984: Davey, Tommy, Dale and Curtis are 15 years old and live a carefree life. Until they suspect that Davey's neighbor, a police officer, may be the serial killer who is always on the local news. The boys begin an investigation that quickly becomes more and more dangerous.

Excellent 80s coming of age film a cross between the Goonies, Stand by Me and Stranger Things.
Great setting , good soundtrack and quite more than reasonable acting . Only the last 10 minutes really detract from the film with the low point being the murder of Dale 'Woody' Woodworth I say this because the entire film didn't work towards that and rather kept it a bit loosely exciting. The ending came across as forced. Despite this fact, I thoroughly enjoyed myself so a seven so 3.5*

Watched this movie last night and I have to say it was a lot of fun. Does indeed have a bit of Stranger Things. Good 80's atmosphere. Great movie??
