"From the life of Marguerite Duras"
June 1944. The writer Robert Antelme, a prominent member of the resistance, is arrested and deported to Dachau. His young wife, Marguerite Duras, writer and resistance member, is torn by this news and develops a secret relationship with her comrade Dionys. She meets a French Gestapo agent, Rabier. She does everything she can to find her husband, as she enters into the ambiguous relationship with this troubled man, only to be able to help him.
