A Mother's Crime plot
Danielle has an affair and is encouraged by her lover to kill her husband. After committing the murder, she runs away with her daughter, named Cali. However, the police manage to track down Danielle and arrest her. On her way to prison, Danielle agrees to let her sister Nikki take custody of Cali. Danielle, who despises her sister, is determined to get her daughter back.
