At a celebration of the LGBT community in Puerto Rico, the chasm between the inner and the outer is an ever-present struggle. Nine people from this community talk about their sexual transformation and their experiences within the multi-faceted transgender culture of the island. At the center is an exploration of self-discovery and activism, covering a diverse collection of topics including LGBTQ lawyers, entrepreneurs and a rambunctious group of artists calling themselves "The Doll House."
