Since her father was killed, Taylor takes care of her mother who suffers from agoraphobia. They live together on a farm, but Taylor wants to move and live with her boyfriend, Blake. Taylor plans to tell her mother the news, but has to wait because a storm is expected. As Taylor prepares for the storm, a stranger rings the doorbell and asks if he can stay at the ranch. Taylor agrees, but discovers that the man cannot be trusted.
