Sonja and her fiancé Thomas are getting married soon. Their luck is tested when Sonja is raped by her childhood sweetheart Adrian after a birthday party. Sonja's sister Birgit persuades her not to report it to the police. For 15 years Sonja keeps the rape a secret. She lives on a farm with Thomas and daughter Anna. Even with mother-in-law Katharina she now gets on well. But then Adrian reappears, firmly convinced that Anna is his child.
