Malenkaya Vera plot
Little Vera refuses to enter the rut of her parents' hypocritical and unexciting existence. She only lives for the moment and doesn't think about the future. She prefers to hang out in local bars and dress provocatively. She uninhibitedly plunges into a love affair with a beautiful blond student Sergei. The resistance Vera encounters from her family is great. She feigns pregnancy in order to marry Sergei. However, the generational conflict is becoming increasingly painful and tragic.
