For the branch employees of a logistics company, the working week starts with a bolt from the blue: the boss announces that someone's job has to be cut due to savings. Every employee is given the opportunity to demonstrate through his or her commitment why he or she should not be fired. What the boss sees as a decent form of making decisions, his employees experience as a humiliation.
