Soul plot

At his renowned restaurant 'Azurmendi' in Biscay (Spain), 39-year-old top chef Eneko Atxa is always eager to put new ideas on a plate. Through new cooking techniques, he seeks to share the culinary memories of his childhood, as well as the tradition of his country - the Basque Country - and the local products that inspire him and provide his customers with an exceptional culinary experience.
