Como Nossos Pais plot
Rosa is in her late thirties. Her parents are divorced. She lives with her own family in an apartment in the center of São Paulo. Her husband is often traveling for studies that are not particularly lucrative and so it is up to her to support and care for their two daughters. Instead of focusing on her vocation as a playwright, she is forced to write commercials for a company that makes ceramic bathrooms for a living. She has to deal with sexual conflicts in her relationship and problems with her various assignments. In addition, her frail father's tendency to be a needy artistic personality is an increasing challenge for her. One day she receives a very surprising announcement and decides to break with her usual obligations.
