Kings Bay plot

1962. An explosion at the Kings Bay coal mine on Spitsbergen kills 21 people. As a result, the incumbent government of the Norwegian Workers' Party, which has been in power since World War II, decides to resign. But was it an accident? Or was it a result of a power play between Russia and the United States over control of the Arctic?
