Bam-seom-hae-jeok-dan Seo-ul Bul-ba-da plot

The Korean Bamseom Pirates make appropriate music for a sick society. This documentary reports on the resistance of the punk musicians against hypocritical, conservative money-makers and their often violent grip on society. The group would rather play in an old, abandoned university building with broken windows than in the hip concert halls of Seoul. Full of irony they announce their 'relaxing' music, a load of noise that is called grindcore punk. They play bass and drums, but use whatever is available to make music. Their angry punk crusade against inequality is aimed at South Korea's establishment.
