The Next Generation Patoreibâ: Shuto Kessen plot

Two days after Gray Ghost, an experimental helicopter, was stolen from the Japanese army, he shows up in the middle of Tokyo and blows up a bridge. The SV2 division is called in because of a link to Tsuge, a criminal they locked up 13 years earlier. Before long, Captain Gotoda feels that his division is being used as a cover for a larger conspiracy. However, he must act quickly as the pressure on his division is mounting.
