Tessa Connover can hardly cope with the end of her marriage when her ex-husband David is happily engaged to Julia Banks. He not only brings Julia into the house they used to share together, but also their daughter, Lilly. Trying to settle into her new role as a wife and stepmother, Julia believes she's finally landed the man of her dreams. She hopes he can help her forget her own troubled past. But Tessa's jealousy soon takes a pathological turn and she won't stop at nothing to turn Julia's dream into a terrible nightmare.

I found this film weak and I missed affinity with the characters. I quite agree with Left4Dead. Every now and then the film could simply be called slow, I missed enough depth and I found the reactions to events in the film unbelievable and somewhat weak. The tension seemed rather forced by the soundtrack. On the other hand, the film entertained me enough to just finish watching it. Hence 2 stars from me.

Mediocre. Unforgettable is predictable, standard and above all incredibly boring. Rosario Dawson tries and Katherine Heigl is perfect in this kind of role, but this is just formulaic and poorly executed. You know exactly what is going to happen and how it will end, and there is nothing that feels even slightly original.
