Emma Wil Leven plot

Emma Caris was diagnosed with anorexia when she was 12. She battled this terrible eating disorder for years, until she reached an all-time low. She left for a clinic in Portugal to undergo intensive treatment. Because Emma only wanted one thing: to live. But the ruthless monster called anorexia completely devoured her inside. In her last days, Emma has expressed her greatest wish: a documentary about her life so that all those other victims of an eating disorder can find support in it. Director Jessica Villerius reconstructed Emma's life and agony without ever meeting her.
