Sanada Fûunroku plot
In early seventeenth-century Osaka, the aftermath of the historic Battle of Sekigahara takes place. A group of orphans is roaming the deserted battlefield for supplies when they encounter a kid named Sasuke. This boy has magical powers that he allegedly gained from being exposed to a meteorite smashed into the earth as a baby. The orphan girl Okiri has feelings for Sasuke, but he tells her to forget about him because he believes her feelings will change. About ten years later, the same group, now adults, encounters Sasuke again. They decide to team up during the Siege of Osaka and go on behalf of the Sanada clan to fight for the Toyotomi clan against the army of the Tokugawa shogunate.
