When Carla Van Owen becomes a spy for the Allies during World War II, she must transfer information from Colonel Pieter Deventer, who in turn is in contact with the British army, to 'The Scarf', the leader of an underground Dutch resistance movement. However, when the Germans prove time and again aware of their plans, the realization grows that one of them is a traitor.
