American Justice plot

"When absolute power corrupts... Get Justice!"

Jack Justice is a tough cop with the Los Angeles Police Department. During a hostage situation, his reckless actions lead to the death of his partner. When Jack is suspended, he decides to visit his father in Mexico. In a small Texas border town, however, he witnesses a murder by local police officers. When he informs the local sheriff Payden about this, he himself is falsely accused of the murder.
