Uncanny plot
"Deception by design."
David and Adam lead an isolated life in their spacious New York apartment. One is the brilliant scientist who has been working for a private institution since graduating at the age of nineteen, the other is his product: a robot in human form, exploring its possibilities piecemeal. When beautiful robot expert Joy visits the two to study them for a week for an article about David and his work, Adam begins to exhibit disturbingly competitive behavior. Will David control his creation?
