dr. Karl Biebitz is a young genius in modern physics who works for NATO. He is kidnapped in Madrid, while staying at the house of his uncle, the industrialist Hermann Biebitz. Karl is only 17 years old and has invented a ring with a transistor that paralyzes the nerve centers of the opponent the moment there is any contact. The kidnapping alarms American politicians who hastily dispatch an FBI agent to Madrid. The latter at first believes that Karl has fallen into the hands of the Russians, but soon realizes that he was actually kidnapped by a band of female spies...
