Le Jour d'Avant: L'Energie de Balmain plot

Olivier Rousteing is the child prodigy who took charge of fashion house Balmain in 2011 at the age of twenty-five. This fits in with a tradition of young designers who give venerable old fashion houses a fresh new impulse. They follow Rousteing in the run-up to a fashion show and investigate how he deals with stress, keeps the morale of his team high and where he gets his inspiration from.
