Ten no Chasuke plot
It's hectic in heaven where dozens of long-cast writers sit on which they write the biographies of the Earthlings. Everything these writers invent is really experienced by the people below. God is becoming more and more demanding and expects avant-garde ideas. The beautiful Yuri will die in a car accident but the celestial writers find this boring and send former mobster Chas back to Earth to save her at all costs. Chas ends up in Okinawa where he intervenes in the plight of the people and is thus celebrated as "Mr. Angel", while also being chased by brutal enemies. When Chass falls in love with Yuri, it has consequences that no one could have foreseen, not even God.
