"Chaos is coming to town."
Nell Blakemore is a single mom who wants to make this Christmas extra special for her two children, as this is their first time celebrating without their dad. On Christmas Eve, Cesar decides to leave a young beagle outside Nell's house. When he is injured and Nell takes him to the hospital, the evening takes an unexpected turn and everything that could go wrong goes wrong.
