Liu Lian Wang Fan plot
The government of Malaysia gives an Australian company that processes so-called rare metals (a potentially radioactive process) permission to set up their factory on Malaysia's east coast. In its own country, the company is banned due to environmental effects. High school students and their teachers are suddenly faced with a threat to their environment and faced with political choices.
