The Messenger plot

"The dead have come calling."

Jack is a young man who takes medicine in an attempt to end his visions of the dead. He unwittingly becomes entangled in the unfinished business of Mark, a journalist who has been brutally murdered, and his wife Sarah. Jack becomes close with Sarah, obsessed with getting Mark's message across. Hidden secrets and lies drive the vulnerable Jack to despair.
