La Once plot
Five elderly ladies drink tea together every month – year in, year out, since graduating from high school. The tradition has lasted for sixty years, because although their characters differ, they have been together so long that they can forgive each other everything, says one of them. Together they reminisce about the past and reflect on contemporary matters. Laughing, they read aloud from a notebook for home economics and observe that the situation is not so different with the male-female ratio.
