"The Space Age Sex Spoof that is out of this World!"
In this parody of 'Flash Gordon' (with an 'a'), Emperor Wang the Perverted, ruler of planet Porno, directs a sex ray on Earth, and everyone spontaneously turns into sex maniacs. Only football player Flesh Gordon (with an 'e') can save the world from total destruction. Fortunately, he is assisted in word and deed by Dale Ardent and Professor Flexi-Jerkoff, who accompany him on his quest to destroy the Sex Ray and defeat Wang the Perverted.

Comedy and sex, it was a separate genre in the 1970s. This film reminds me of Barbarella, who aimed for eroticism instead of sex and took a little more time to develop the film properly. Flesh Gordon is so wrong at times that it becomes fun again. Rightly once shown on the night of bad taste.

Flash Gordon (Film, 1980) was bad, this film also fits in this category. The big difference between the two films is the amount of nudity and the hilarity. You also had the latter in Flash Gordon but more unconsciously, here in this nonsensical erotic comedy the clumsiness and stupidity is conscious. Does that make a better movie? I'll leave it in the middle because both films just get a big fail.
Suzanne Fields can be seen more naked than with clothes and Nora Wieternik as Queen Amora can also be seen naked for a while.
Jason Williams as Flesh Gordon is an undersized protagonist who doesn't really make a mark on the film. In addition, there are mainly many naked ladies to see, including the dark busty Dee Dee Dailes and porn actress Candy Samples who is a kind of half human / robot. The decors are striking and a few scenes can be called hilarious. Yes, sometimes so bad or bland that it can get funny. 3/10
