Fishing without Nets plot
In Somalia, young father Abdi decides to join pirates to support his family. An outdated satellite phone is the only means of communication between him and his wife and child waiting for him in Yemen. Abdi and his fellow pirates go out to sea and hijack a French oil tanker, for which they demand a large ransom. During the long, boring wait for the money to arrive, a friendship develops between Abdi and one of the hostages. When some of the pirates turn violent, Abdi must choose which way to go.
