"When the Eagle meets the Dragon"
The Roman general Lucius (Cusack) leads a legion into China. He is pursued by an army of 10,000 soldiers, led by the power-hungry Tiberius (Brody), who murdered the Roman consul Crassus. Lucius is rescued by a Chinese commander (Chan) who guards the western regions. They join hands to maintain the border and independence from the Chinese Empire.
