Sir "P" is a ninety-year-old Gray Red-tailed Parrot who has always lived with Edouard Daladier, the French Prime Minister who signed the Munich Agreement in which France, the United Kingdom, Germany and Italy decided on the future of Czechoslovakia in 1938. Sir "P" comes to Prague to tell "his experiences about what happened." But can he do this as a bird? A Czech journalist with a mid-life crisis kidnaps the bird and makes it diplomatically say sensitive things in public. The French then decide to liquidate their national hero.
