33 years after the infamous 'Rendlesham Forest UFO incident', three metal detector enthusiasts are searching for gold in the same region. During their expedition they capture fantastic images of UFOs. As night falls and their navigation equipment goes down, they are confronted by a terrifying, ruthless alien presence.

Uninterestingly constructed film in which a lot happens, but as a viewer you don't get to experience much of it. Director Daniel Simpson chooses to plant almost all the action behind thick trees, only deep in the final phase do you witness a number of beautifully captured effects. The acting is not of a level to write home about and the characters mainly get in each other's way, making it difficult to actively build a bond with them. After a long introduction full of moving lights and a lot of noise, the makers move on to a cryptic conclusion, but this really comes too late. Hangar 10 is therefore a mediocre affair from which little can be gained.
