Always on My Mind plot

Vientiane, the capital of Laos, is the setting where four love stories take place around the New Year. A Thai teen travels to Laos for the second time to spot meteorites, hoping to meet the same girl in the same location as the year before. A boy meets his unrequited love at a reunion. Two pen pals meet after many years of writing, but a third person complicates the situation. A photographer becomes obsessed with a woman he happens to meet in various locations.
