The Oregon Trail plot

In 1842, widower Evan Thorpe decides to leave his Illinois farm and head west with his three children, Andy, William and Rachel. They travel to the Oregon Territory to start a new life in the wilderness. By joining a caravan with their horse and carriage, they encounter a variety of enemies who stand in their way. They encounter bad weather, rough terrain, unfriendly Indians and cunning crooks.
