Nieuwe Buren plot

In 'New Neighbors', best friends Karen Damen and James Cooke say goodbye to their luxury life for 1 month. Together they move to a social home, where they have to get by on a living wage of 768 euros net. In addition, the two have to do voluntary work in, among other things, various retirement homes. The concept is similar to that of Geer & Goor: Effe not making a cent, in the sense that they have to live on a limited monthly budget.
