Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch plot

There are places on earth where everything simply seems different, and Blind Frog Ranch in eastern Utah is one such place. Locals say the land is cursed and trying to hold on to something. From Aztec treasures to caves full of gold and silver to long-lost Mormon mines. Legends surround Duane Ollinger's 160-acre ranch in Utah's Uintah Basin. But Duane isn't interested in the lore. After discovering a system of seven underground caverns running beneath his property, he's hell-bent on discovering what lies within—no matter the cost.
