Kamp Van Koningsbrugge plot

Fifteen ordinary citizens compete with each other and with themselves: the participants are trained as commandos. They do this by following one of the toughest training courses in the world: that of The Special Forces, the best-trained military unit in the Netherlands. During this training the participants are put to the test both mentally and physically. During the episodes, participants will lose weight: not everyone is mentally and physically strong enough to complete this training. Van Koningsbrugge collects the people, delivers them to a team of highly experienced specialists who will take care of the recruits, and encouraged the participants.
