De Rijdende Rechter plot
People and organizations can submit disputes to the 'Riding Judge'. He or she will first make a site visit, possibly with an expert, to view the case on site. This is followed by a hearing with both parties at a location nearby. Finally, the judge makes a ruling on the dispute, which counts as a binding advice. The disputes submitted are often heated neighbor disputes, regarding nuisance from noise, trees, or fences.
