The series follows the Radford family, the largest family in the United Kingdom. Since the arrival of baby Heidie, Noel and Sue have no less than twenty-two children. Nineteen of them still live at home, which causes major challenges every day. Despite everything, the Radfords remain positive and try to deal with all the problems that come their way as best as they can.
