Chucky plot

When a classic Chucky doll shows up at a suburban flea market, an idyllic American town is entangled in chaos. Shortly afterwards, a series of gruesome murders take place that seem to expose the secrets and hypocrisy of the city. Meanwhile, the arrival of both enemies and allies from Chucky's past threatens to reveal the truths behind the murders committed, as well as the mysterious origins behind how Charles Lee Ray transformed from a seemingly ordinary child to the infamous "Lakeshore Strangler."

Complete chaos, onlogisch, unhinged....maar wel weer heerlijk om naar te kijken.

Zo grappig, en de moorden (waar het uiteindelijk om gaat) zijn weergaloos.

The gore is good, but why there has to be a gay sex scene in every episode is beyond me. In any case, I think romance is completely inappropriate in the Chucky universe. For the rest, also on the boring side with relatively few kills and an uninteresting plot and weak characters. In my opinion, the characteristic humor is also missing, which results in a sad final score.

Arrived today to finish watching this 3rd season; there is definitely more gore in this part again. This entire 3rd season takes place in the White House with the president, and Chucky is in the White House too.

Other familiar faces return here as well, such as Jennifer Tilly, Nica, Lexy, and the two boys. Lexy tries to gain access to the White House by seducing the president's son to get in; the other two boys go along too.

The last 3 or 4 episodes do become a bit of a vague story with ghosts appearing, a clairvoyant, a second president, and people who were dead suddenly coming back, etc. I found this to be a bit of a weaker story.

All in all, a great conclusion, and who knows, maybe there will be a 4th season.
