Forged in Fire features world-class knife makers who go head-to-head to create some of history's most iconic weapons. In each episode, four of the nation's top knifemakers come together to put both their skills and reputation on the line. Whether they make a Japanese katana, a medieval broadsword or an ancient throwing knife like the chakram, the weapons they forge must be fully functional so that they can be put through various tests.
