Three Women plot

In this intimate portrayal of American feminine desire, three women are on a crash course to radically change their lives. Lina, a housewife in suburban Indiana, has a passionless marriage for ten years when she embarks on an affair that quickly consumes everything and changes her life. Sloane, a glamorous entrepreneur in the Northeast, has a committed open marriage to Richard, until two sexy new strangers threaten their ambitious love story. Maggie, a college student in North Dakota, weathers a violent storm after accusing her married English teacher of an inappropriate relationship. Gia, a writer mourning the loss of her family, persuades each of these three spectacular 'ordinary' women to tell her their stories.
