The Waltons plot

The Walton family, consisting of Olivia and John Walton, their seven children and John's parents Esther and Zeb, is followed in their daily struggle through the recession years and World War II. During the 1930s and 1940s, the family living in Virginia goes through a lot, which is told through the eyes of John-Boy, the eldest son.
