The Comey Rule is based on the book A Higher Loyalty by FBI Director James Comey. The first part discusses the start of the investigations into Russia, the FBI's investigation into Hillary Clinton's emails and the election night in 2016 when Trump became president of the United States. The second part focuses on the relationship between Trump and Comey and the chaotic first months of his term as president.
