Sweet and Sour plot

In the mid-80s, the band The Takeaways was formed in Sydney. The band initially consisted of singer and novice guitarist Carol, experienced guitarist Martin and bass guitarist George. When singer Christine broke into their house, they offered her a place in the band. Finally, drummer Johnny was added to the band, replacing the drum machine.
